& CEO of Spark Creative
Rebecca Morgan
With experience in business strategy, organizational development, communications and project management, Spark Creative founder Rebecca Morgan, works with multiple industry segments. Rebecca is a thought leader and self-proclaimed "neuro-nerd" interested in developing high-performing teams and working with growth-mindset organizations. From launching multiple start ups to climbing two of the world's seven summits (thus far), she doesn't shy away from a challenge either professionally or personally.
Formal education began with an Associate's Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Theatre. Being a life long learner, Rebecca holds certifications as a professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is also a Certified Lean Instructor and shares her enthusiasm and training of lean process improvement with every opportunity.
Rebecca is passionate about people and workforce development and has volunteered with the local chapter and the State Council of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2009. She has served in various roles including President of the Big Sky Chapter of SHRM and State Director of the Montana SHRM State Council. Rebecca also serves on the State Workforce Innovation Board advising the Governor on statewide workforce and economic development strategies.
